
Ingredients
- Rice
- Salmon sashimi or any other sashimi
- Tofu
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Red onion
- Spring onions
- Red wine vinegar
- Nori sheets
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Mirin seasoning
- Kewpie mayo
- Avocado
Method
- Boil rice for 12 minutes, then drain and pour 1/4 cup of mirin seasoning over the draining rice.
- Slice tofu into 1cm thick slices. Marinate in oyster sauce and then fry off in a fry frying pan for 2 minutes each side or until slightly crispy.
- Grate carrot, slice cucumber into slices, thinly slice red onion and leave in red wine vinegar. Cut your spring onions and nori sheets using kitchen scissors.Halve an avocado.
- Place everything on the table and allow family members to build their own poke bowl. Dress with soy sauce and kewpie mayo.
