
Ingredients
- Kewpie Mayonaise
- Roasted Seaweed
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Brown rice
- Japanese Teriyaki Tofu
- Crispy Shallots
- Avocado
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker.
- Whilst rice is cooking grate the carrot, slice the cucumber and avocado and leave aside.
- Fry shallots in olive oil on pan until golden. Set on paper towel to absorb oil.
- Fry tofu on pan. Once cooked, cut up into squares.
- Once rice is ready, place into a bowl of your choice. Followed by tofu, carrot, cucumber, avocado, shallots, nori and mayonnaise.
