
Ingredients
- Mixed sliced vegetables
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- Tablespoon of salt
- 200 mls Obento rice wine
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Teaspoon of Coriander seeds
Method
- Slice vegetables into thin small pieces
- Place all other ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil, this makes the pickling juice.
- Arrange all the vegetables in aClean sterile jar. Pour hot pickling juice over the vegetables.
