
Ingredients
- Marinate ingredients:3 tsp corn flour1 tsp bi carb soda1 tsp shaoxing cooking wine1 tsp soy sauce
- Sauce ingredients:1 tbsp ground black pepper2 tsp white sugar3 tbsp oyster sauce2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp shaoxing cooking wine2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 250g beef strips
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 can of Valcom water chestnuts
- 2 tsp diced garlic
Method
- Wisk marinate ingredients together and combine with beef, allow to sit while preparing remaining ingredients.
- Wisk together stir fry sauce. Put to side
- Heat oil on high heat then add onions and garlic. Stir fry for 3 mins
- Add beef and allow to sear before stir frying together.
- Add capsicum and water chestnuts, stir fry for 3 mins
- Add stir fry sauce and allow to simmer and thicken for 3 mins.
- Serve with rice or noodles
