- Valcom Penang Curry Paste500g Chicken Thigh400g Can of Coconut milk10 Green Beans2 White potato1 floret if Broccoli 1 tsp Fish sauce1 tsp Brown sugar Pinch Salt and pepperBasmati Rice
Method
- 1/2 Jar of Penang curry sauce &400ml of Coconut Milk (simmer) add chicken thigh and fish sauce and brown sugar. Simmer until chicken is almost cooked.Add potato and green beans and broccoli cook for another 10minutes. Add salt and pepperServe with Basmati rice.
