
Ingredients
- Luv-A-Duck cooked Peking Flavoured Duck Breasts
- 2 cups savoy cabbage, sliced thinly
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 cups button mushrooms, sliced in half
- 2 spring onion stalks, sliced
- Ramen noodles- 4 portions
- 4 teaspoons bonito soup stock granules
- 6 tablespoons Obento mirin
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons cooking sake
- 4 cups boiling water
- Olive oil
Method
- Prepare ramen noodles as per package instructions. Drain, and divide between 4 soup bowls.
- Prepare soup stock by combining soup stock granules, mirin, soy sauce, cooking sake and boiling water. Stir until granules are dissolved. Divide soup stock between soup bowls.
- Sautee mushrooms in a little olive oil.
- Heat duck breasts according to package directions. Slice each duck breast thinly.
- Arrange sliced duck breasts, cooked mushrooms, sliced cabbage, sliced green onions and bean sprouts on top of the noodles in each of the four soup bowls.
- Divide remaining peking duck sauce between the four bowls.
- Enjoy!
