
Ingredients
- 4 carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- Marinated tofu
- Soba noodles
- 1/3 cup Peanut butter
- 1 spoon Soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Rice malt syrup
- 1/2 water
Method
- Cut carrots into thin stripes and sauté
- Add frozen peas and corn
- Air fry or bake tofu cut into cubes
- Mix hot water, peanut butter, rice malt syrup, and soy sauce
- Add sauce into carrots, peas and corn
- Serve with soba noodles and top with crispy tofu
