
Ingredients
- Rice
- Sushi seasoning
- Tofu
- Panko Crumbs
- Egg
- Avocado
- Yaki Nori
- Soy sauce
- Pickled ginger
- Wasabi
Method
- Steam rice according to instructions
- Slice tofu in 1cm strips, dip in whisked egg and cover in Panko crumbs
- Once rice is cooked, sprinkle sushi seasoning (3 tbsp per cup) over hot rice.
- Allow rice to cool, meanwhile slice avocado into thin slices
- Lay out yaki nori and heap approx 4 Large tablespoons of rice and lay out across the length of the sheet. Lay out tofu and avocado over rice.
- Roll edge of yaki nori in mat to form a tight roll. Slice into half and half again.
- Serve with ginger, wasabi and soy to taste
