- Pumpkin
- Beans
- Chilli
- Kaffir lime leaves
- Broccoli
- Coconut milk
- Coconut cream
- Chicken breast
- Curry paste
- Rice your choice
Method
- Wash and chop vegetables
- Fry the curry paste for 2 minutes, add coconut cream and milk and let simmer for 5 minutes
- Add the diced chicken breast and diced pumpkin, cook on high for 3 minutes
- Add freshly chopped vegetables, cook for 2 minutes
- Add freshly chopped chilli and kaffir like leaves and serve on rice
