
Ingredients
- Valcom panaeng past 2 tsp
- 500g chicken breast diced
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 cups of stir fried vegetables
- 1tsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbs peanut butter
- 1 tsp of sugar
Method
- Add coconut milk, fish sauce, peanut butter, panaeng paste, sugar in a bowl and stir.
- Pour the ingredients from the above step into pan on stove top.
- Add chicken and cook for 25mins on medium heat. Stir every 5 minute intervals.
- Add vegetables for the last 5 mins.
- Plate and serve
