
Ingredients
- 1 cup of uncooked sushi rice
- 300 grams of salmon
- 2.5 tablespoons of sriracha hot sauce
- 5 tablespoons of kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Roasted seaweed packets or sushi seaweed
Method
- Cook sushi rice according to packet and let cool
- Cook salmon to your liking and let cool
- put into large bowl and Add sriracha, kewpie and soy sauce and gently stir. Add more or less of soy, kewpie and sriracha to your liking
- Serve with roasted seaweed or roll into sushi rolls. Also dip in sweet soy sauce if you like
