
Ingredients
- 200gr prawn
- 5 shallots
- 4 garlic
- 6 chilli
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 3 lime leaves
- A pinch of ginger ground
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp ABC chilli sauce
- 50 ml water
- 1 tsp lime
- A pinch of sugar
- 1/4 onion
Method
- Blend shallot, garlic, and chilli with water/cooking oil.
- Saute spice blend and add lemongrass, lime leaves, and ground ginger.
- Add water, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and chilli sauce. Mix well.
- Add onion and saute. Then and prawn to the sauce.
- Add salt and sugar. Cook well the prawn.
- Padang sauce prawn is ready to serve.
