
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 100g
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Pealed and deveined prawns 100g
- Valcom Pad Thai Stir-fry paste
- Fish Sauce 1tsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Beaten Egg 1
- Bean Sprouts 2 cups
- Sliced Spring Onion 1/2 cup
- Lime 1tsp
- Ground Roast Peanuts 1/4 cup
Method
- Prepare noodles drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and stir fry prawns until cooked. Add 1/2 jar (120g) Pad Thai paste and mix well.
- Rinse noodles, add to pan and stir until cooked. Add fish sauce and sugar and stir through.
- Push mixture to one side of pan, add oil and beaten egg. Cook for 1-2min, stir through noodles and combine well.
- Add bean sprouts, sliced spring onions, lime juice and ground roasted peanuts. Stir through, remove from heat ready to serve for 2 people.
