
Ingredients
- Valcom Pad Thai Paste 240g
- 100g Pad Thai Rice Noodles
- 100g Raw Prawns
- 1/2 cup Spring Onion
- 2 cups Beansprouts
- 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts
- 1 Lime
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Egg
Method
- Prepare 100g pad thai noodles by placing them in a large bowl, soaking them in hot water and covering. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and stir in 100g raw prawns and then add 1/2 jar of Valcom Pad Thai Paste and mix well.
- Rinse rice noodles, add them to pan and stir through until cooked. Add 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar and 1/4 chilli powder.
- Push mixture to one side of pan. Add 1 tbsp oil and one beaten egg. Cook for 1-2 minutes then stir through noodles until we’ll combined.
- Add 2 cups of beansprouts, 1/2 cup sliced spring onions, 1 tsp lime juice and then sprinkle through 1/4 cup ground roasted peanuts, stir through, then remove from heat.
- Serve Pad Thai dish and garnish with lime wedge and Enjoy!
