
Ingredients
- Prawns
- Pad Thai noodles
- Pad Thai sauce
- Egg
- Fish sauce
- Sugar
- Crushed peanuts
- Lime
- Lettuce
- Capsicum
- Tomato
Method
- Boil water and pour into a large bowl, put noodles in the boiling water for 7 minutes
- Meanwhile, shallow fry the prawns on a medium heat until cooked through. Should turn pink.
- Add stir-fry paste, noodles, fish sauce and sugar to the pan and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add one beaten egg and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Plate the dish and garnish with lettuce, capsicum, lime and tomato.
- Sprinkle peanuts on the side and enjoy!
