
Ingredients
- Chinese broccoli 4 stems
- 200g dried rice stick noodles
- 45ml canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150g chicken thigh
- 1 egg
- 2tsp dark soy sauce
- 1tsp light soy sauce
- 1,.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2tsp white vinegar
- 2tsp white sugar
Method
- Trim ends of broccoli then cut into pieces. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Prepare the noodles according to the packet then drain. Heat oil in wok add garlic and stir add chicken and cook for 10 seconds. Add brocolli stems and cook for 1 minute. Scramble egg. Caramelise noodles . Add noodles to other ingredients and mix.
- Slide onto a plate and enjoy.
