
Ingredients
- Beef Mince(500g)
- Valcom Pad Thai Paste
- 2 Carrots
- Sliced mushrooms 250g
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Tbs Peanut Butter
- 1 lime
- 1 Egg
- Pad Thai Noodles
- Capsicum
- Beans (if available)
Method
- Half full pan with water and put on High, place in noodles
- Oil pan and cook mince
- While mince is cooking, dice up vegetables
- Add Valcom Pad Thai paste
- Add vegetables
- Add peanut butter, stir through
- Once cooked, add noodles
- Squeeze juice from half a lime
- Crack, stir and cook egg I. The same wok, once cooked, mix through
- Plate and serve with slice of lime
