
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Rice
- Onion
- Mirin
- Cooking sake'
- Eggs
- Miso soup concentrate
Method
- Cook chicken
- Cook rice seperately
- Add onion to chicken and cook till onion is clear
- In a small bowl mix 3 tbl spoons of sweet soysauce, 3 tbl spoons mirin, 3 tbl spoons cooking sake. When chicken and onion cooked add mix and bring to slow simmer.
- Add miso soup concentrate to mix
- Break eggs into pan. And cook for a short time till whites appear. Mix together till cooked thru
- Put rice in bowl...place oyakodon on top (then extra egg)
