
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup kewpie mayonaise
- 200g marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons obento panako bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Optional: parsley and fresh chili to garnish
Method
- In a shallow cup add kewpie mayonaise, artichoke hearts and pepper. Mix with a magic wand or blender.
- Mix obento panako bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese together and layer on top of blended artichokes. Bake in oven 180 degrees fan forced for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Garnish with parsley and chili and enjoy with flaky roti or your favorite crackers.
