
Ingredients
- Olive Oil for frying
- 375g plain flour
- 500ml water
- 500g pork mince (pre-cooked in frying pan)
- 500g chicken tenderloins (pre-cooked with hoisin sauce and garlic in frying pan)
- 8 eggs
- ½ Chinese green cabbage (hard core removed) finely shredded
- 8 shallots (thinly sliced)
- 4 peeled and grated potatoes
- Kewpie Sauce
- Okonomi Sauce
- Peanuts (crushed) to garnish
Method
- 1. Mix water into flour in a bowl with a fork. Leave in fridge for half an hour. Add eggs and grated potato
- 2. Add Oil to flat pan . Fry 1/4- 1/3 shallots and cabbage
- 3. Add 1/4- 1/3 pork mince and chicken tenderloins then add 1/4 – 1/3 egg / flour mix over the top and fry.
- 4 Cut into sections with utensils and flip. Allow to cook through and then add Kewpie, Okonomi Sauce, Shallots and Peanuts to garnish . Repeat with the remaining mixture and ingredients and enjoy!
