- white wine vinegar
- tuna
- kewpie mayonnaise
- Nori
Method
- Cook sushi rice and rest for 10 minutes
- Mix Tuna and kewpie mayo.
- add rice flat on the bottom of the mold.
- add the tuna and mayonnaise mixture into the middle of the mold.
- cover with rice
- take out of mold and cover with seaweed.
