One pot Beef Ramen

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500g beef mince
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1 capsicum
- 3 instant noodle cakes
- Shallots for garnishing
- Sesame seeds for garnishing
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 hosin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine

- SQUID BRAND - SQUID BRAND FISH SAUCE 300ML
Method
- Mix sauce ingredients together (soy, hoisin, sesame oil, Chinese cooking wine and fish sauce)
- Heat oil in wok, add beef minceAnd garlic and cook till well browned
- Move beef mince to side of wok- add noodle cake and add 2 cups of water. Allow to soften noodles for a minute then use tongs to turn noodle cake.
- Add vegetables to wok and continue to toss until vegetables are softened and tender. Mix and serve into bowl. Add sesame seeds and spring onions for serving.
