
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Mix all ingredients except for the oil and the mayonnaise (crack the eggs)
- Put some oil in a small frying pan and bring to medium heat
- Add the mixture to the pan, flatten it, and cook for 3 minutes
- Turn the mixture over, and cook for another 3 minutes
- Remove, add to a serving plate, and cover generously with Keypie Mayonnaise
