
Ingredients
- 1/2 large Wombok
- 1 Brown Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 3 Portobello Mushrooms
- 3 cups Okonomiyaki flour
- 9 Eggs
- 2 cups water
- Okonomiyaki sauce
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Kewpie Mayonnaise Sriracha Flavour
- Dried Benito shaved flakes
Method
- Dice onions, garlic and place in large bowl
- Chop wombok, slice carrots, dice mushrooms, place in same bowl
- In a separate bowl whisk eggs, then add water and slowly whisk in flour till all combined into loose mixture
- Add wet liquid to vegetables and combine well
- Fry large serving spoon size amounts of mixture in a frying pan about 5 minutes per side or unti golden brown
- Serve pancake on a plate with drizzled Okonomiyaki sauce, Kewpie Mayonnaise and Kewpie Mayonnaise sriracha flavour in stripe pattern. Add pinches of Benito flakes over the top
- Makes approximately 8 medium size pancakes
