
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1.5 cups water
- Two tablespoons Hemp Gold tm protein powder
- 4 eggs
- Carrot
- Zucchini
- 4 x spring onions
- Red cabbage
- Tonkatsu sauce
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Whisk flour, protein powder and water together
- Whisk eggs separately then add to flour mixture
- Finely grate a carrot and a zucchini; finely chop spring onions; finely chop red cabbage ( cup and a half). Add vegetables to flour and egg mixture and give a good stir.
- Heat splash of oil in a frypan. Add quarter of mixture to pan to form a large pancake. Cook until golden brown underneath then flip and cook other side. Repeat other portions.
- To serve drizzle Okonomiyaki with Kewpie mayonnaise and Tonkatsu sauce.
