
Ingredients
- Cabbage
- Egg
- Flour
- Spring Onion
- Kewpie
- BBQ Sauce
- Sesame Seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
Method
- Crack egg into a bowl, add flour and mix with salt and pepper til forms a thick paste. Finely chop Cabbage and Spring Onion, and toss into flour/egg mixture - batter will be very thick.
- Pour into a a thigh layer in a small frying pan with a light coat of oil on low/heat and cook, covered, for 7~ minutes. Flip, and repeat on other side.
- Flip onto plate. Top with BBQ Sauce, Kewpie and Toasted sesame seeds.
