
Ingredients
- ABC sweet soy sauce kecap manis
- OBENTO Yaki nori for sushi
- Wombak
- Brown Onion
- 1 carrot grated
- Water
- Self Raising Flour
Method
- Get 2 big silver bowls, a whisk, knife and a grater.
- Cut your Wombak and Brown Onion thinly.
- Grate all of the carrot.
- Combine in a large silver bowl thouruly.
- Sprinkle some of the self raising flour into the vegetable bowl, and combine via hands.
- In the other bowl, fill with water, equal to half the volume of the vegetables.
- While whisking the water gradually add flour until a batter is formed.
- Combine batter Into the veggie bowl, mix with hands, thoroughly
- Heat non-stick pan on high heat.
- Add oil of choice, and create a pancake like mixture in the pan. About as thick as your palm.
- Tidy edges with spatula and fry until turning brown.
- Do a sick, killer, radical, bad-ass flip. And also seal other side, like the first.
- Reduce heat to medium low and repeat sick, killer, radical, bad-ass flip on the other side.
- Cook for for 4-6 minutes, each side. Try not to burn either side. You can feel it like a baby's butt, and cooked through.
- Place on nice big chopping board, cut into sections.
- Place onto plate. Serve with Kupi mayonnaise, ABC kecap Manish, pickled ginger and shredded Yaki nori.
