
Ingredients
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sushi rice
- 4 x Nori
- Seafood extender
- 1 x avocado
- 2 x eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Cold cooked schnitzel x 1
Method
- Place sushi rice in rice cooker and cook until beeps - approximately 15 minutes.
- Whilst the rice is cooking, slice your avocado into thin strips
- To make the tomago, Combine eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk. Fry in a non stick pan, it’s should come out looking like an omelette. Slice thinly.
- Cut cold precooked chicken schnitzel into thin slices.
- Once the rice is done, spoon the rice into a sushi maker.
- Run a line of kewpie mayonnaise down the centre and then top with your desired ingredients. Tomago, avocado and chicken are a good combination. As well as avocado and seafood extender.
- Close lid and squeeze rice with mixture inside onto a nori sheet.
- Roll and add a line of kewpie mayonnaise down the side to help seal the roll.
- Cut roll into desired width and top with kewpie mayonnaise.
