
Ingredients
- Lee Kum Lee GF Soy Sauce
- Valcum Bamboo Shoot Slices
- Valcum Bamboo Shoot Slices
- Peeled Prawns
- Chicken drumstick fillets
- Steak slices
- Eggs
- Almond slices
- Red and green capsicum
- Corn on cobb
- Long grain white rice
- Rice oil
- Bacon rashers
Method
- Rinse rice and place in rice cooker
- Using wok or frypan cook the follow in quick small batches of 1-2 mins max using Lee Kum Lee GF Soy Sauce and Rice Oil 1 tablespoon each per batch:
- Toast almonds- set aside
- Cook both sliced capsicums.- set aside with almonds In same large bowl.
- Cook prawns - set aside in large bowl.
- Cook chicken drumstick fillets -set aside in large bowl
- Cook steak strips - set aside in large bowl
- Cook corn- set aside in large bowl
- Cook drained Valcum bamboo shoot slices and Valcum Water Chestnut Slices -set aside.
- Cook sliced bacon rashers- set aside in large bowl.
- Cook eggs in wok or frypan. Keep in pan.
- Add back into the frypan or wok all the ingredients including the cooked rice. Stir through adding more Lee Kum Lee GF Soy Sauce. Enjoy!
