
Ingredients
- Seaweed
- Mung Bean sprouts
- Carrot
- Red Capsicum
- Cos Lettuce
- Alfalfa
- Flaxseeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Pepitas
- Olive oil
- Tuna or salmon
Method
- Chop vegetable ingredients (lettuce, carrot & capsicum) and add to large bowl in layers
- Add handful of sprouts and Alfalfa
- Sprinkle flaxseeds, pepitas, sunflower seeds over the salad
- Break up 2 sheets of Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi seaweed into squares and place on top of salad
- Drizzle olive oil, (& balsamic vinegar if desired) and your favourite fish, tuna or salmon
