- Spinach
- Kale
- Spring onion
- Avocado
- Green dressing (blended up zucchini and other greens - use whatever is in the fridge) - add seeds and a bit of water and vinegar)
Method
- Baked the carrot and sweet potato
- Wrap it all up in the nori! So simple and SO yummy satisfying and healthy!
