
Ingredients
- Tofu
- Peanut butter
- Soy sauce
- Vegetarian oyster sauce
- Vermicelli noodles
- Carrot
- Yellow capsicum
- Rice paper
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Miso glazed zucchini
Method
- Mix peanut butter, oyster sauce and soy sauce in bowl. Add chunks of tofu to bowl and coat in marinade. Fry until cooked.
- Cover vermicelli in boiling water and sit until cooked. Dip rice paper in warm water.
- Add vermicelli, carrot, zucchini, capsicum and tofu to middle of rolls. Add kewpie mayo and roll.
