- Leftover Rice
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Carrot
- Egg
- Chilli
- Chicken thigh
- Mushroom
- Green beans
- Nasi goreng paste
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- Abc sweet soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Coriander
- Garlic
- Sesame oil
Method
- Stir fry each vegetable separately with oil until cooked
- Remove all vegetables from pan
- Add more soil and stir fry chicken with 1 tbsp nasi goreng paste
- Remove chicken from pan
- Add oil, garlic and chilli to pan
- Add rice and break up cooking for a few minutes
- Add chicken back and veg back along with all sauces
- Cook scramble eggs separately and add to rice after everything is well cooked
- Finish with sesame oil
- Serve with coriander and sesame seeds on top
