
Ingredients
- 15 - 20 Wonton Wrappers
- Olive Oil Spray
- Salt
- 500g Lean Pork Mince
- 1 tsp of fresh already minced Garlic
- 1 tsp of fresh already minced Ginger
- 2 tbs Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbs Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
- 1 Long Fresh Red Chilli finely sliced
- 1/2 cup Pickled Red Cabbage
- A couple of Snow Peas
- 1 Spring Onion chopped (optional)
Method
- Makes Two Generous Serves...
- Pre - heat oven to 180 degrees
- With a knife or pizza cutter slice the wonton wrappers on the diagonal to form triangles. Place them on a large tray lined with baking paper, spray lightly with olive oil and pop in pre heated oven for approximately 5 minutes.
- Heat a large pan and spray with olive oil, add pork mince. When cooked add garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and chilli and cook a further 5 minutes.
- Assemble wonton chips on plate, add the pork mince and top with pickled red cabbage, snow peas and spring onion if using.
