Ingredients
- Kitchen Equipment: 1 - Steel Soup Ladle 1 - Water strainer bucket1 - Water measure jug (540 ml)1 - Medium Pot1 - Large bowl 1 - Table spoon1 - Knife (Careful)
- America (In the nacho bowl picture) or Frankfurter Hot Dog
- Red Kidney Beans (A can)
- Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- Seaweed (You could find it at supermarket or Asian supermarket)
- Sourcream
- Avocado (Fresh from Fruit and Veg shop or you could get the Avocado dip at Supermarket)
- Spring onion
- Green grapes (I forgot to add that in the picture)
- S&B Golden Curry Medium Hot
- Nacho Corn Chips (Unsalted)
Method
- Grab a large bowl (You don't want the chips to overflow all over the floor and the sound of chips crunching on the floor wake the animals.) and throw Corn chips in to that large bowl.
- Open the bag of Mozzarella Shredded Cheese (You could experiment with other shredded cheese), grab a hand full and drop it over the corn chips in the large bowl.
- Lay the 2 slices of seaweed (if you like seaweed, you don't have to add seaweed if you don't want to) in a cross, open up the sour cream and avocado, use like a table spoon to lay one side with sour cream then avocado on the other side.
- Spring onion TIME!!, chop up the long spring onion into small bits. (careful not to aim at your fingers with the knife. Me - "I need those kids plastic knife now.") Drop those small bits on top of the sour cream and avocado.
- On to the can of red kidney beans. Pour out the red kidney beans into a water strainer bucket and wash it over cold water. Let it dry, put a few around the sour cream and avocado (Depend on you).
- Chop up the America or Frankfurter Hot Dog. When that's done, open up the S&B Golden Curry Medium Hot and break up all the block of curry into pieces (You will use up all of it; the curry block.)
- Grab a medium pot, add tap water (540 ml jug), let the water boil up for around 5 minutes or until you see it bubble up. Drop in the chop hot dogs, curry pieces and stir up until the curry has melt. Grab those steel soup ladle, pour the hot curry with hot dog, on top the cheese and corn chips, to see the wonderful cheese melt away your heart. Enjoy
