- Asian vegatable
- Carrot
- Baby corn
- Garlic
- Sweet sauce kecap manis
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon of cornflour
- Hokkien noodle
Method
- Marinade. Pork with corn flour, garlic & kecap manis & stir-fry in a wok, put to one side
- Stir-fry seafood, put to one side
- Stir-fry vegetables add hokkien noodle, pork, seafood, chicken stock & extra kecap manis. Stir all ingredients together.
