
Ingredients
- Kewpie mayo (to taste)
- Moroccan seasoning
- Shaved parmesan cheese (to taste)
- Chicken stirfry (500g)
- Cherry tomatoes (I punnet)
- Rocket (60g)
- Bacon bits (to taste)
- Olive oil
- 1 Avocado
Method
- Season chicken with Moroccan seasoning and grill or pan fry in olive oil until golden brown
- Add bacon bits to the chicken
- Place chopped tomatoes, diced avocado and rocket into a bowl.
- Add chicken and bacon bits and shaved parmesan
- Squirt kewpie mayo on top and mix through. Voila! Your fast & fab (low carb/keto) meal is ready.
