
Ingredients
- Mock Duck (we used plant Asia)
- Sesame oil
- 1 Carrot
- 400g snow peas
- bag of mushrooms
- Obento Tonkatsu sauce
- Obento Sushi and Sashimi Sauce
- 1 large onion
- rice to serve
- 2 cloves of garlic
- sesame seeds to serve
Method
- Thinly slice carrots, mushroom and onion
- Fry all vegies in sesame oil, garlic and Obento Sushi and Sashimi soy sauce over high heat. Take care not to over cook peas as they're better a bit crisp.
- Put vegies to the side. In a separate pan cover the mock duck liberally in tonkatsu sauce then fry until crispy
- slice mock duck on a board, and combine with vegies over heat. Add more sauce to ensure all vegies are coated if needed.
- Serve with steamed rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds
