
Ingredients
- Chicken Breast
- Teriyaki Marinade
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Sushi rice
- Mayonnaise
- Yaki Nori
- Cooked prawns
- Cream cheese
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook sushi rice according to instructions, once cooked, place in fridge to cool
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, place teriyaki marinade over
- Using a hot pan with oil, cook chicken until no longer pink and cooked properly
- Prepare other ingredients by slicing up cucumber, avocado, cream cheese and prawns into strips to put into sushi rolls
- Assemble sushi rolls by placing one sheet of yaki nori down, cooled sushi rice and whatever fillings you desire - chicken, cream cheese and cucumber. Or maybe prawn, avocado and mayonnaise.
- Cut into bite sized pieces and assemble on a platter, ready to eat. Serve with soy sauce
