Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Mix veg, sauce and prawn bowl

Ingredients
- Quick spray of canola oil spray
- 1 x fresh mini asparagus bunch (can chop in half if you like)
- 1/4 of a jar of Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
- 1 drizzle of Hoisin sauce
- 1 small splash of Kikkoman Dashi Tsuyu sauce
- Small splash of extra virgin olive oil
- Woolworths stir fry mix - superfood vegetables
- 2 handfuls of cooked, peeled prawns
- 1 extra large egg

Method
- In a medium pan, spray canola oil. Once pan is ready, whisk egg and scramble in the pan. When cooked, put egg aside.
- In the same pan, add the extra virgin olive oil. Add the mini asparagus and superfood vegetables. Stir fry quickly on high for approx 1 min, then turn down heat to low-medium and add the Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce, Hoisin sauce and Kikkoman Dashi Tsuyu sauce. Keep cooking until vegetables are cooked.
- Once veggies are cooked, add prawns and egg and stir to cover in sauce. Remove from heat and serve. Can be served on its own or with rice or noodles.
