
Ingredients
- Hakubaku Organic Udon
- 2 table spoon Red Miso paste
- Spinach
- 1 Carrot
- 1 egg
- Roast pork
- Scallions
- Mushrooms
Method
- Cook the udon in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside
- Boil 2 cups of water. Add miso paste. Once the miso is dissolved, add sliced carrot, mushroom and spinach. Cook for one minute
- Add the cooked udon to the miso soup. Cook for one more minute.
- Pour content into a bowl. Add boiled egg and roast pork. Garnish with scallions.
