Miso salmon poke bowl

Ingredients
- Two salmon fillet
- 2tbsp miso
- 2tbsp mirin (optional:obento brand)
- 2tbsp sake
- 1.5tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1 carrot
- 1 pickled sushi ginger
- Japanese mayonnaise
- Soy sauce (optional:obento brand)
- 300g Cooked Rice

Method
- Mix miso,mirin,sake and sugar into the bowl and add the salmon. Cover it and leave in the fridge for overnight. If you don't have a time, you don't have to leave it.
- Cut tomato, avocado and carrot into the dyce.
- Add oil into the heating pan and fry the salmon in the medium heat. Cook a few minutes on both sides till its cooked. Add the left over sauce from the salmon into the pan and cook for one minutes.
- Put the rice in the bowl and topped with salmon, diced tomato, avocado, carrot and picked ginger. Squeeze the mayonnaise on top. Before eating, pour soy sauce.
