
Ingredients
- Salmon 300g
- Mirin 6 tablespoon
- Sake 2 table spoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Miso paste 3 table spoon
Method
- Mix mirin, sake and sugar together
- Boil it over the stove
- Turn off the stove and add in miso paste
- Let paste cool down and marinade salmon into the paste
- Keep in the fridge for 2-3 days
- Warm up over to 200 degrees; wipe extra miso paste from salmon
- Broil salmon for 8 mins and turn over to the other side to broil for another 8 mins
- Turn oven to higher temperature for another 1-2 mins if necessary (depending on oven) to get the slightly char look
- Serve salmon
