
Ingredients
- White Miso paste
- 1 King oyster mushroom
- 2 x rashers Bacon
- Spring onion
- Packet of ramen noodles
- Nori and sesame seeds to season
- 1 egg
Method
- Cook miso soup using the miso paste, when boiling add packet of ramen noodles until cooked (approx. 2-3 minutes)
- While soup cooking chop spring onion, bacon, and nori
- Cook bacon and mushrooms, then egg
- While egg yolk still runny pour soup/noodles into bowl, add bacon, mushroom and egg. Top with nori and sesame seeds
