
Ingredients
- Quinoa
- White Miso paste
- Nori
- Kewpie
- Carrot
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Lettuce
- Wasabi
Method
- Bring two cups of water to boil and add 2 tsp of white Miso paste. Add 1 cup of quinoa, stir and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes and let cool.
- Cut up all vegetables. Construct sushi roll with quinoa and vegetables. Roll and eat with desired condiments.
