
Ingredients
- Pork
- Water chestnuts
- Hoisin sauce
- Grated carrot
- Chinese five spice
- Peas
- Wonton wrappers
Method
- Thoroughly Mix all diced ingredients (besides wonton wrappers) in a bowl.
- Lay wonton wrappers on a chopping board
- Shape meat into balls and place one on each wrapper
- Fold over each wrapper and seal with water to form the wontons(For minis cut wrappers into quarters and do the same thing on a smaller scale)
- Steam or fry wontons until cooked - usually only a few minutes
- Enjoy!
