
Ingredients
- 1 Cooked Sushi Rice
- 2 Nori Sheets
- 100g of Peeled baby prawns
- 150g of Peeled baby prawns
- 2 table spoons soft cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Kewpie Mayo
- Chives for Garnish
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Method
- Make sushi rice and let it cool (see rice packaging for instructions)
- Cut prawns into cubes and add a pinch of salt
- In a bowl add cream cheese and mayo and soy sauce and mix
- Cut Nori into 6 even squares per sheet and spread a table spoon of sticky sushi rice across it then place in muffin tin
- Add prawn mix to the top
- Bake at 200°c for 15mins
- Garnish with extra mayo and chives
