
Ingredients
- Chicken schnitzel
- Mild Japanese Curry
- 500mls water
- Vegetables of choice
Method
- Cook schnitzels in Air fryer
- Stir fry veges over medium heat for 5 - 10 mins
- Add water and curry stirring until dissolved
- Simmer on low heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice with schnitzel
