
Ingredients
- 4 cloves of Garlic (finely sliced)
- 4 cm piece of Ginger (finely sliced)
- 160g Edamame Beans
- 1 tablespoon Chilli Oil
- 165g Raw Peeled King Prawns (butterflied)
- 2 x 60g nests of Egg Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Obento Teriyaki Marinade
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Method
- Boil water in a 30cm pan then add the noodles and edamame beans. Cook for 4 minutes.
- When cooked, drain the water in a colander and keep a small cup of the cooking water.
- Return the pan to medium heat and add the chilli oil, garlic and ginger. Stir regularly until golden.
- Add prawns and sesame seeds until the prawns are just cooked, then add teriyaki marinade. Stir to make sure everything is evenly coated.
- Turn the heat off and add the noodles and beans with a little of the reserved cooking water to help loosen the noodles.
- Add a bit more chilli oil and season to taste.
