
Ingredients
- 750gr mince beef
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- All Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- Panko
- Vegetables of your choice (I use broccoli, carrots, potato)
- Golden Curry
- Water
- Frying oil
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
Method
- Dice onion and saute it. After it's cooked put aside and let it cool.
- In a bowl mix mince beef, onion, egg, nutmeg, salt, black pepper powder until it well mix.
- After it's mixed well, shape the mince. Make a ball and pressed them till it's an oval shape.
- Put them in the fridge while we prepare the curry.
- Cut the vegetables in dice shape. Not too big not too small.
- Boil the vegetables in the water.
- After the vegetables cooked, add the GOLDEN CURRY.
- After it's mixed well and cooked. Turn off the stove and put them aside.
- In the same time, we coat the menchi Katsu mixed. First coat them with all purpose flour then put dip them in the beaten egg then panko.
- Fry all the menchi Katsu till golden brown. Fry them in low heat so they cooked well.
- Put rice, menchi Katsu, and the vegetables curry in the plate. Menchi Katsu Curry ready to be enjoyed.
